Future MHS Cougars and Parents,

Munford High School Football is in full offseason mode to prepare for the 2023 football season. The coaching staff is working diligently with the players on strength, agility, and implementation of schematics. At this time we would like to invite all our future Cougars over to take part in our offseason program. The rising 9th graders will lift on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays after school beginning February 6th. The weight room will also be available on Wednesdays and Fridays for makeup workouts and/or track athletes to lift on days they don’t practice. We would like for the guys to show up ASAP after school (report to weight room). Workouts will be over at approx. 415 pm on those days. The players’ rides can pick them up at the front entrance nearest the football stadium. We are excited about the potential of our incoming 9th graders and we look forward to building off the success they had last season. Any student that wants to participate must have a physical on file at their school. Hope to see you all on February 6th.
